The managers at this inner-city neighborhood Farmers Market had their hands full, so we helped out with their Instagram page. The challenge — in addition to the new protocols put in place because of the pandemic — was that the managers never knew what the farmers might have at their tables until right before Market Day! So we used a combination of shots taken on-site in years past and present, some stock images, and photos that we arranged and shot ourselves of fresh and prepared foods.
On Market Day, we highlighted what the farmers had available, while showcasing seasonal options, the farmers themselves, and special occasions the rest of the week. In coordination with the Market’s Facebook page, we raised awareness of the Market, gained some new followers, and increased the number of customers who attended!
